China-Yangshuo-Work Day (Day 77)

We were whipped from Chicken Cave the previous day so took a work day.


At breakfast we had this great “Spanish Omelet” of carrots and potatoes.


Anja ordered chicken soup at lunch and got this.  Anyone bet if she ate it?  She had a little taste of the broth.  I had heard of black chicken and had to try it.  It was fine but I just had a bite or two.


At dinner we had another great eggplant dish with roasted garlic and shallots.


Stopped for a photo on the walk back to the room in the middle of Yangshuo.
