We headed out to the big climb today on Telendos. 9 pitches of climbing with a lot of 6a climbing.
We went to catch the first boat to Telendos but it left 10 minutes early so we had to wait 40 minutes for the next one. Not great as our biggest fear was the afternoon heat of the sun.
We headed through town on this great path.
Then the trail took us along the south side of the island which was remote and just so amazing.
Great views back to Kalymnos.
We found the route and could see one party 2 pitches up. Guess they made the first boat.
I fired off and linked pitch 1 and 2.
Great views as we head up and Anja links pitches 3 and 4.
I linked pitches 5 and 6.
Since we had a 70 meter hope and were not scared of simil climbing, Anja linked pitches 7, 8, and 9 to the top.
Back at Sunrise they were prepping for a party across the street.
