Ken leading up the first 5.9 pitch of Staying Alive on Tonnere Tower at 7.6 miles up the canyon. The second pitch was 5.10a with 13 bolts. We are still very confused by the climbing in Boulder Canyon. We'd always heard about the bold climbs of Boulder, well these are not them. we also did the first pitches of Total Eclipse 5.10a, Tag Team 5.10+ and the really great Sidekick 5.10d.
Boulder Canyon Climbing
to get to the climbing we did a tyrolean traverse over Boulder Creek. This is Anja's friend Dana she met at The Spot climbing gym.
