last night we made it to vegas. ram's friend richard lives here and offered us a bed for the night. good nights sleep!

barstow

we made it to barstow. 914 miles to go, onward!

new front brakes

these guys got the rotors machined, new calipers, and pads thrown on in just under 2 hours and finished at 9 pm. cost $384. not bad for that and staying late. cheers guys!

at dennys waiting

so the van is at the shop. they said the front brake pad calipers siezed closed and that's why the brakes were smoking. the louisiana gold pepper sauce at denny's made both anja and ram say whoa.
